The subjects, whom will operate as certification service providers must register to the National Authority for Electronic Certification (NAEC) prior or at the time of launching the product on the market.

During the process of registration, the Certification Service Provider must present the necessary documents that prove the fulfillment of the conditions defined by the Law. NAEC keeps the list of all subjects that operate or had ceased their operation. In the process of certification, NAEC is supported by the Testing and Confirmation Bodies (TCB). TCBs can be any subject that fulfills the requirements defined by the Law, ordinances and other guides. The list of recognized TBCs can be found under Registry.
